The music at Christ the King is a fully blended mix of traditional and contemporary music.  The music team includes a choir accompanied on the piano or the Galanti organ and a praise band called The Joyful Noise, and occasional other instruments.

The 10:30 service of the Word and Eucharist includes music spread throughout the service: the Processional Hymn, the Gloria, the Gospel Hymn, the Offertory and Doxology, Sanctus, Lord's Prayer, and Agnus Dei, Communion music played and sung during the receiving of communion,  and the Recessional Hymn.

On any given Sunday, any of those musical selections may be done in traditional style using the 1982 Episcopal Hymnal or in a contemporary manner led by the Joyful Noise.  Every service includes a mixture of both kinds of music.
