Community Outreach

In order to to share the gospel and serve and love our neighbors we need to go out and meet them where they live and work. For example …

  • We’ve been known to walk around the neighborhoods, praying over each house and leaving a note under the doormat telling them we were there.

  • We are planning to survey our neighbors to learn of their needs and how best we can serve them.

  • We will be using door hangers and direct mail to invite people to events and fellowship times at the church.

Lay Chaplaincy

Members of CTK are either in training as lay chaplains or are already trained and serving in the County Jail. Lay Chaplaincy training allows members to also serve among police, fire, and other first responders.
